Security Officer

XFOR are currently looking for Security Officers with minimum 7 years service in the private security industry, to cover shifts that include DAYS, NIGHTS & WEEKENDS. You will ensure the safety and security of people, premises and property.

All Security Officers must demonstrate the following key specifications:

  • Smart, well groomed and confident.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable with excellent time-management skills.
  • Have a demonstrable and experienced knowledge of the security industry.
  • Able to be vetted back 5 years or since leaving compulsory education.
  • A commitment to providing first class customer service is essential.

    • Security Team Leaders

    All the best teams need good direction. As a Team Leader, it's your role to help your team to work together and get the best results. High performance is key to any business, and as Team Leader you'd play a vital role in helping the business run smoothly. You'd organise your team and its workload and make sure performance is kept to a really high standard.

    All Security Team Leaders must be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:

  • High level of Experience within the Security Industry.
  • Excellent 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • The ability to motivate people.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Smart, well groomed and confident.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of IT skills.
  • Accuracy of record keeping .
  • The ability to make decisions and be able to stay calm under pressure.

    • Fleet/Transport Manager

    Qualifications needed:

    Has to be computer savvy, and have some experience in a similar position. Must know about vehicles e.g. mileage calculations. You should be willing to work extra hours when needed and should be a dynamic individual. Must have a valid driving license and have driving experience.

    Human Resource Commander

    XFOR Security Solutions (KE) Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, proactive, self-motivated and experienced individual to manage and deliver our growing human resource department based at our headquarters in Nyali, Mombasa. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and quality controlling the following:

    • Payroll data, collection and preparation
    • Personnel records and file management
    • Employee evaluations and awards
    • Statutory returns and submissions
    • Labour enquiries/disputes
    • Disciplinary, warning and termination procedure
    • Recruitment and training

    The ideal candidate will have the following:

    • Bachelors degree in Business or Human Resource Management
    • 5 years experience in H.R. management or senior role
